One-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty is valid to the original purchaser of a new Music Mutz Collar (Collar) for consumer use only and is not transferable. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of the product when used in accordance with Music Mutz’s usage instructions (above). Use of the Collar for commercial purposes (e.g., kennels, groomers, etc) voids the warranty.

This warranty will not cover claims due to abuse or misuse, including physical or electronic damage caused by improper operation, exposure to liquid, dirt or sand, modifications, extreme heat or humidity, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

As noted above under Instructions For Use, the Collar is water resistant, but not waterproof. Immersing the product in water or exposing it to rain voids the warranty.

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Music Mutz reserves the right to determine whether to repair the Collar at no charge, replace the Collar at no charge or refund the original purchase price.

Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability

In no event shall Music Mutz, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the Collar. In no event should the collar be left with unattended children present as it may present a choking hazard.
